Service descriptions, scope, pricing, deliverables, and deadlines may vary based on the agreed proposal, invoice, or written contract with each client.

Service Engagement & Process

1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information needed to complete the project.
  • Supply content such as text, images, and credentials.
  • Respond promptly to revisions and approvals.
  • Ensure all provided materials do not violate copyright or law.
  • Maintain active communication during the project timeline.

Delays caused by late content or communication will extend the project deadline.

2. Our Responsibilities
  • Deliver services professionally and according to agreed scope.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication.
  • Provide progress updates throughout the project.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information.

Payments & Billing

1. Payment Requirements

Payment terms depend on service type. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Full payment or a deposit is required before the project begins.
  • Monthly services (e.g., social media management) require advance payment.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
  • PayPal
  • Wire Transfer
  • Cash App
  • Debit/Credit Card
3. Late Payments
  • Work may be paused if payment is delayed.
  • Deliverables may be postponed.
  • Access to design files or websites may be restricted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. No Chargebacks

By engaging our services, clients agree not to file chargebacks against completed or ongoing work.

Project Timeline & Delivery

1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • All timelines provided are estimates.
  • Actual delivery may vary due to revisions, scope changes, client delays, or technical issues.
2. Revisions
  • Revisions are limited unless specified in the scope.
  • Additional revisions are billed separately.
  • Major changes after approval are treated as new tasks.
3. Approval & Final Files

Once the client approves work (logo, design, pages, graphics):

  • The work is considered final.
  • Refunds or further changes may not be available.
  • Final files will be delivered after full payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership Before Payment

Before full payment, all drafts, websites, and creatives remain the property of Meta Web Labs. You may not share or use any design without authorization.

2. Ownership After Payment

After full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Source files (if included) will be provided. Drafts or rejected designs remain our property.

3. Copyright Violations

Clients must ensure they own or have permission to use any provided content. Meta Web Labs is not responsible for copyright violations from client-supplied materials.

Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, hosting providers, domain registrars, social media APIs, live chat tools, or plugins.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services. Any associated fees are non-refundable.

Website Hosting, Domains & External Costs

Unless explicitly included in your package, hosting, domain, plugin, and license fees are the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for outages or failures caused by these providers.

Liability Disclaimer

Meta Web Labs does not guarantee:

  • Specific SEO ranking or Google positioning
  • Increases in sales, leads, or traffic
  • Exact performance from marketing campaigns
  • Uninterrupted website uptime
  • Compatibility with future updates

All services are provided “as is.” Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using our delivered work for illegal activities
  • Uploading harmful code or malware
  • Reverse-engineering website code
  • Reselling our work without permission
  • Harassing or abusing staff
  • Misrepresenting our services

Violations may result in immediate termination with no refund.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms
  • Payment is overdue
  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
  • The project scope is continuously altered without agreement

Termination does not grant a refund unless covered under the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Scope of Services

This Policy applies to services including website development, branding, logo design, social media management, and analytics setup — all digital services delivered by Meta Web Labs.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Unless expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. No partial refund is available except as outlined in this Policy.

3. Eligibility for Refund
  • If we fail to deliver the service as promised.
  • If a written refund request is made within 30 days of the service start date (for monthly subscriptions).
  • If no substantial work has been delivered in one-off projects.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval, excluding merchant processing fees.

4. Monthly Subscription Services
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the first billing date.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions or downgrades after the first month.
5. One-Time Service Projects
  • Refunds may be considered if work has not started.
  • No refunds are available once substantial work has been delivered or approved.
6. Non-Refundable Items
  • Third-party licenses, hosting, domains, or software
  • Work already delivered or accepted
  • Downgrades or change of plans after project start
  • Time spent on revisions or meetings
7. Procedure for Refund Request

Submit your request via email with the subject “Refund Request” including your name, invoice number, and reason. We’ll respond within 5 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our refund liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will apply to new services purchased thereafter.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts or through mutually agreed arbitration.

Amendments to Terms

Meta Web Labs may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
